These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for engaging the services of Home Doctors of Jax. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Home Doctors of Jax, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Home Doctors of Jax provides handyman, home repair, and home improvement services in Orange Park, Jacksonville, and surrounding areas. All services are performed by licensed and insured professionals. We reserve the right to decline or modify any project based on scope, safety, or scheduling considerations.
3. Estimates & Pricing
We provide free estimates based on the information available at the time of the request. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition of the property, hidden damage, or changes to the project scope. Any changes will be discussed and agreed upon before additional work begins.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee at our discretion.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the agreed work unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger projects; this will be clearly communicated before work begins.
6. Warranties & Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship. Repairs and improvements are covered by a workmanship warranty for a period to be specified in your service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, natural disasters, or modifications made by third parties.
7. Liability
Home Doctors of Jax is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the scope of the work performed and the amount paid for the services. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues unrelated to the work we performed.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
